Both Dr. Moizah Saad and Dr. Salman Saad accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans including Aetna, UHC, Cigna, and Humana. Please take a look at the charts above to find your specific plan, or call our office to verify coverage before your appointment.

What does "In Process" mean for insurance status?

"In Process" means we are currently completing the credentialing process with that insurance provider. We expect approval soon. Please contact our office for the most current status and to discuss payment options in the meantime.

Do I need a referral to see you?

This depends on your specific insurance plan. Many plans do not require a referral for primary care visits, but some HMO plans may. We recommend checking with your insurance provider or calling our office to confirm before scheduling your appointment.

We are continuously expanding our insurance partnerships. If you don't see your insurance listed, please contact us directly. We may be able to verify coverage or discuss self-pay options for our Direct Primary Care services.

You can verify your benefits by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Our office staff can also help verify your coverage and estimate costs when you schedule your appointment.
